FREE Standard Shipping on ALL Domestic Orders

We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. domestic orders.  Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.  Estimated transit time for standard shipping is 5-8 business days.  Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and U.S. holidays as outlined below.

Shipping Cutoff Times

Orders received by 12:00pm PST are shipped out the same business day.  Orders received after 12:00pm PST are shipped the following business day.

International Shipping

International shipping is not available at this time.  If you are an international customer, please email orders@terns.com for additional information.

PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to PO boxes via USPS.  Please allow additional time for transit and delivery.

U.S. Shipping Holidays

Terns will not be processing or shipping orders on:

• New Year’s Day

• Memorial Day

• Independence Day

• Labor Day

• Thanksgiving Day

• Christmas Day
